Is Job-Bolt an ATS?
No. Job-Bolt runs on its own and does not require an ATS integration. Keep the ATS you already have, or use none at all. Use Job-Bolt for the initial interview screen before live interviews.
Does it work with LinkedIn Easy Apply?
Yes. Paste your Job-Bolt interview link into a LinkedIn job ad. Applicants can click once and start or schedule their interview. There is no LinkedIn partnership required — it is a shareable link.
What does the free plan include?
Your first job post is free: 30 days live and 10 AI video interviews, with no credit card required. Paid packs add more listings and a shared interview pool. Extra interviews can be bought anytime and never expire.
Does Job-Bolt decide who gets hired?
No. Job-Bolt interviews applicants, scores answers against the role, compares candidates and presents a ranked shortlist. Hiring, rejection and advancement decisions stay with you and your team.
What do employers see after an interview?
