Is Job Bolt an ATS?
No. Job Bolt runs on its own and does not require an ATS integration. Keep the ATS you already have, or use none at all. Use Job Bolt for the initial interview screen before live interviews.
Does it work with LinkedIn Easy Apply?
Yes. Paste your Job Bolt interview link into a LinkedIn job ad. Applicants can click once and start or schedule their interview. There is no LinkedIn partnership required — it is a shareable link.
What does the free plan include?

Does Job Bolt decide who gets hired?
No. Job Bolt interviews applicants, scores answers against the role, compares candidates and presents a ranked shortlist. Hiring, rejection and advancement decisions stay with you and your team.
What do employers see after an interview?

How do candidates take the interview?
